AQUAGUARDSNATION is committed to donor satisfaction and transparency. We have established a fair and straightforward refund policy so that every donor feels confident in their giving.
One-time donations made through our website are eligible for a full refund if the request is submitted within 30 days of the original transaction date.
To request a refund, contact us through any of the following:
Please include your full name, email address used during donation, donation amount, transaction date, and reason for the request. We will confirm receipt within 2 business days.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
You may cancel a recurring donation at any time. There is no minimum commitment period and no cancellation fee.
Cancellations submitted at least 3 business days before the next scheduled charge will take effect before that charge is processed. Cancellations submitted after this window may result in one additional charge, which can then be refunded upon request.
If you donated to a specific cause or campaign that has been fully funded or discontinued, we will contact you to discuss reallocation to a similar active campaign or offer a full refund.
If you believe an unauthorized charge has been made in connection with AQUAGUARDSNATION, please contact us immediately at contact@aquaguardsnation.charity or +1 307-427-2506 before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We can typically resolve issues more quickly by working directly with you.
If a refund is issued for a donation for which you have already received a tax-deductible receipt, you may be required to adjust your tax filing accordingly. Please consult a qualified tax professional for guidance specific to your situation.
